In short: your invoices, clients and business details stay on your iPhone. There’s no account, no ads and no tracking. Nothing leaves your iPhone unless you send it: an invoice you share, a reminder you send, or a problem report you email.
What stays on your device
Your business details, logo, signature, clients, invoices, estimates, items, payments, notes and settings are stored on your iPhone. Foxdue has no account and no server that keeps them. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
Sending invoices and reminders
Foxdue never sends anything by itself. When you tap Preview & send, Share or Remind, it makes the PDF or message on your iPhone and opens the app you choose (WhatsApp, Messages, Mail or another). What you send, and to whom, is up to you.
Contacts
“Import from Contacts” uses iOS’s contact picker: Foxdue only gets the one contact you pick, and it stays on your device.
Photos, files and Face ID
- Logo: choosing a picture shares only the one you pick. It stays on your device.
- Save to Files saves the PDF where you choose.
- Face ID is handled by iOS. Foxdue never sees your face data.
- Notifications about late invoices are scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to a server.
Problem reports
If you tap “Report a problem”, your email app opens with the app and iOS version. Nothing is sent unless you tap Send.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
What we don’t do
No ads, no analytics or tracking tools, no selling or sharing of your data, and no account to sign up for.
Children
Foxdue is not directed at children under 13 and doesn’t knowingly collect their data.
