Terms of Use
Last updated 2026
Foxdue is provided under Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA). These terms add a few points specific to Foxdue.
Using Foxdue
Foxdue helps you make invoices and keep track of payments. You’re responsible for what your invoices say and for following the tax rules where you work. Foxdue works out tax from the rates you choose, but it isn’t tax or legal advice.
Lifetime
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks every feature for as long as you use Foxdue, including future updates. It isn’t a subscription and never renews.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Use Restore in the app to unlock it again on a new iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Liability
Foxdue is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using the app, including mistakes in invoices or data loss.
